Julie, from our first call was kind, patient and informative. The pricing was fair and they did a great job. They were efficient and left our basement and yard clean. We had to call them after they completed the work with problem and Robert responded immediately with “I’ll be over today to assess and address” and he did and we were grateful for the response! In terms of professionalism and customer relations, Robert and his team are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, I don't think they know what they're doing when it comes to proper mold diagnosis and remediation in a situation where people in the building are experiencing mold illness and CIRS. Robert does not have proper certifications and education in mold remediation like CMRS or CIEC.
