I had to reach out to James over a dozen times by both calls and texts just to get a bid. After weeks of trying to get a bid, I finally got him on the phone. He said he’d call me back in 5 minutes. Within a few minutes of the call, he texted me saying he can’t do the job and won’t be sending a bid. This is almost there weeks after he went on site to see the scope of work.
