I'll try to keep this as short as possible. They installed awful windows that does not help at all with noise reduction. the owner insist that it does help even though I've sent videos of garbage trucks & lawnmowers down the street and I could hear it in my residence. I could even hear small cars driving by. Definitely not what i expected. I don't expect soundproof but my neighbor has impact windows and you don't hear the outside noise as you in my home with these windows. the salesman did not have any samples and did not ex... read more

The company was great to deal with. The office kept us posted throughout the project. Carlos was the head installer on our job. He was very good, and took care of any concerns we had. Thank you for the great job!

System went live Oct 31, 2019. I waited to write this because I wanted to evaluate the complete experience from installs, to closing permits, to going live, to producing, to supporting the install. I'll get to the punchline. After a rough start related to HVAC and water heater installations, GHI+ redeemed themselves by taking the proper actions to show me they actually do practice a customer first approach. I recently (May 2021) had to call on them for support on a panel that wasnâ??t producing. After very little success ... read more

I had the pleasure of meeting *********** with Green Home Improvements Plus, LLC for hurricane impact windows and doors. **** was professional and knowledgeable and addressed any concerns I had with immediate follow up phone calls. The price he gave me was competitive however I decided to go with **** because of his knowledge in the window business. I also want to mention how neat and professional the installation was. I am delighted with my new windows and doors!! Such a relief with the upcoming hurricane season.

I have been trying since June to have them fix a defective shutter. They will not return my calls and I am concerned since we are at the peak of hurricane season.

1 1/2 year after installation of a large sliding glass door enclosed sunroom, the screen door would not close properly. When I called GREEN HOME IMPROVEMENT, I was told: “It’s been over a year, $60.00 up front and someone will come and “take a look”. This was a $20,000.00 installation! BUYER BEWARE! There is no customer service once the job is done and they have their money.
