I contacted Green Home Green Planet to provide my premise with some decent heating/cooling products. From the beginning l felt good. They were quick to quote and within a couple of weeks the systems were installed and in use. The communications with them were first class and understandable. They bent over backwards to be available and assist us. Very poor communication. Invoiced incorrectly then sent threatening messages following their mistake
We were impressed with the quick response and installation of our split systems. Was always able to discuss any changes. Greenelect were friendly. Happy with the works carried out. Would recommend them if your looking at installing split systems.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience with GHGP was frustrating enough that I feel others should be warned. I paid in full for an air conditioning installation, expecting the job to be done shortly after payment. Instead, they postponed the installation multiple times. Eventually, they told me there was a procurement issue and said I would either have to wait much longer or request a refund. Because I was tied up with other commitments, I had no choice but to wait.
