If I could give this review a minus 10, I would. Looking for a receipt/invoice for an order using our company’s AMEX. After 3 emails and getting no where I call this guy. Everything is done through PayPal, insisting that the information I’m looking for is in my spam/junk folder. I scanned my entire email, no such information. Not only was he rude and dismissive in the phone, once I tell him our accounting department will handle things from here, he hangs up on me. Our company will never do business with them again. I rarely review, but here I feel obligated to warn people off. The marmoleum I ordered arrived damaged, no big deal -- but there's really no excuse for "CJ" yelling, condescension, and bullying when we connected on the phone. After he hung up on me mid-sentence I searched and found similar horror stories on Facebook reviews. It's worth paying more to avoid this place. CJ, may you be free from suffering.
i ordered some marmoleum from the site but didn't put it to be shipped to a proper address. it's my first time having such a large order shipped. i called the number after to leave a message, to kind of make sure it was all ok. good thing i did. to my surprise, a person answered.. and it was around 6pm here in california and 9pm or so in new jersey. his name is cj, and he was very gracious and helpful. he helped me to be able to change the address so that i can have the stuff shipped and have everything work out well. i'm ju... read more
