Worst experience ever long story short we had our beloved 14 year old family member put to sleep. We paid for a private cremation and waited for almost a month to get his ashes back only to find out he was never sent to the crematorium. When I asked how could this happen all I got was excuses and told it wasn't their fault. I demanded a refund and his body so I could finally lay him to rest myself.
