My wife had been a former patient of Dr muvdi for close to 40 years. She loved him and at this stage of our life to have to find another doctor is very difficult if not impossible. I approach Dr. Kimberly, Rauenzahn and asked for five minutes of her time she did not know me or anything about me and I asked her if she would take on my wife as a patient. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Rauenzahn!
I strongly advise against visiting this practice. Since Dr. Muvdi’s departure, the quality of service has plummeted. The receptionists are consistently rude, unprofessional, and make patients feel unwelcome. My experience was marred by multiple issues: an appointment was canceled by my doctor, and when I rescheduled, I was too ill to attend they tried to charge me $50 for a late cancel which they waived. Dr Kimberly Rauenzahn has been my family Dr. for 7+ years. She has been very helpful, caring and knowledgeable for all my needs, I was in a near fatal truck crash , in bad shape. Thanks to her and all of the nurses & help , I am doing well. Thanks everyone Richard Ader & Tricia Ader
