The front desk lady was very rude. I was upset because my puppy was sick. She was heartless .. until she saw I had plenty of money.. then her attitude changed.. It was early in the morning and we were up all night with our sick puppy.. I guess I did not look like I was good enough .. She was nice when I was paying my bill of $300.00... She should NOT be at the front desk.. The Dr. was super nice.

I had an unpleasant encounter with the woman at the receptionist desk. I called and asked how much a check up would cost and let her know I'd be stopping by. She seemed nice enough but when I came to the office she asked what I wanted before even greeting me. I told her I was the one who called about the cost of a check up and she looked at me like a was an idiot and said in a very annoyed tone of voice "You need an appointment to see the doctor. The doctors are caring and the facility is clean and well run. We went thru a training class there and very thankful we did.

Dr. Darnell and staff are exceptional. They provide excellent service and are caring and compassionate. They go above and beyond. I highly recommend to anyone.
