UPDATE: STILL NO MONEY despite going directly to the nursing home last month and talking with the director. It's deeply unjust. If we didn't pay our bill, my mom would have been kicked out. They can go eight months without returning money to us and there's no penalty at all. My family is waiting on a refund of over $1,000 from a family member's stay five months ago. I had a very bad experience at Green Hill. I went there to recover from a broken hip. At first everything was fine. The facility is a little bit run down but the staff was very nice. I was getting PT and OT 5 days a week and was starting to recover from my broken hip surgery. However... The food was not very good and when I got diarrhea they were unable to accommodate my request for toast, bananas, tea and rice. I had diarrhea for 9 days.
