UPDATE: STILL AWAITING MONEY despite going directly to the nursing home last month and talking with the director. It's deeply unjust. If we didn't pay our bill, my mom would have been kicked out. They can go eight months without returning money to us and there's no penalty at all. My family is waiting on a refund of over $1,000 from a family member's stay five months ago. One star is too much for this place . This place nearly killed my mother in law. She got CDiff twice there as well, as the flu. She had a pressure wound that they claimed was getting smaller and better. When she was on the 10th day of diarrhea , she asked for medical transport to the hospital. They ignored her request. The next day she had to call 911 herself. Thank goodness she did! She has a bone infection in her wound and two other wounds, CDiff, severe UTI, & partial lung collapse ! How did they miss this?
