My family is waiting on a refund of over $1,000 from a family member's stay five months ago. Over the past several months, I’ve made multiple calls to the finance department and sent emails to both finance and site leadership. We never received a clear timeline for when the refund will be issued, other than "it's coming." I’m hoping this review prompts follow-up and helps future families understand the importance of getting clear information about billing and refunds upfront. Visited a loved one. The facility was clean, spacious and the staff is very helpful, friendly and patient.

Met some lovely people while I was there that kept Myspirits up The Therapy staff Chris Denizye and Alex were top notch worked You hard but wanted to see You get well couldn't have asked for a better Team Now the downside the Food was the worst food I have ever eaten I have an Egg allergy all over My chart got eggs at least 2x a week while I was there apparently they don't read it the patient has allergies plus it was always cold I would like to give a shout out to Stephanie My aid during the day She is an amazing woman alwa... read more

Here goes this is my second time being here. The first time was great besides the food was terrible. So I decided since I had a back operation let me go back. The therapy is excellent. I went to green hill the second week in Nov 2025. I left there Dec7, 2025. One week prior to dec 7 the regular nurse on 11-7 cut the stitch out my stomach. I have a feeding tube.
