My husband is currently in this place where they don’t seem to have all the ducks in a row. Slow to answer pull cord and seem to not be well versed in major Wound care problems. I think they need to be better informed from the patients doctors on care for them and be patient with the patients. Some of them are going through life changing issues and get bigger bed pans. And phones in patients room’s.

I am currently a resident in here for rehabilitation for a stroke do not send your family members here this place is ridiculous they do not answer the call buttons they do not care I could die of a heart attack or stroke before they ever answered the call button. I got here yesterday evening and I waited for 22 hours to get my pain medication. I pressed the call button at 4:10 a.m.,and I didn't receive my medication until 4:50 a.m. I am working very hard to try to get out of this place because it will kill me. It is hard eno... read more
