If you want to live somewhere where NOTHING works and EVERYTHING is always broken. No AC in 90+ degree weather, Pay HIGH hoa for a tennis court and have a HOA committee with overly elderly people, with ZERO security/ safety. Then this is 100% the place for you. If you want better i recommend the presidential or anywhere but here
