Our boiler broke and Joel came to the rescue at short notice. He even rearranged his schedule to fit us in, which we appreciated so much. He did an excellent job fitting our new boiler and was friendly, polite, and extremely tidy throughout. Would highly recommend!

Joel replaced our boiler. He was responsive and helpful when I contacted him for a quote, discussing options on how to improve the efficiency of the setup, and deal with our awkward flue installation. Joel Guy is excellent, he has been helping us since last 3 years for our annual boiler service. He’s extremely professional, polite & very knowledgeable. He always provides excellent service at the right cost for our boiler servicing and also reminds me via email whenever the servicing is due annually.
Joel recently replaced two radiators in my home, and relocated one, his communication before and after have been faultless, giving a clear timeframe for the works to be done, and checking afterward that all was ok. His work was also perfect, he left my house spotlessly clean after he finished. Will most definitely be getting him back to do more radiator changes next year. Thanks Joel.
