Update 4/27/2015: I wanted to update this review to provide some additional perspective. Shortly after posting this review I received a call and a voicemail from customer service asking what they could do for me. I was happily encouraged, perhaps my visit was a fluke? I called them back twice - ultimately I only reached the person answering the phone - she didn't introduce herself (either) so I don't have her name. I just bought a new home 5 months ago and needed to use the heater for the first time last week as this winter is extremely cold. I realized that the air ducts had probably not been cleaned in a long time (if ever) and that I needed to get them cleaned before I used the furnace as my young daughter has a very high allergy to dust mites, so I could not use the furnace until the ducts were cleaned. After my lady and I moved into an older house, my options for a home office were "slim pickings" so to speak. Needless to say, I was lucky to get the smallest room, but unlucky once the allergies kicked in. Couldn't quite figure it out until I noticed the air quality in my office and other rooms was stuffy. Over the winter my home heating system failed. I called Green Heat after my friend recommended it. About an hour after I called they showed up to my house. I showed them where my heating system was and let them do their thing. About an hour and a half later they informed me that they were finished! During the winter we used the heater everyday and it worked perfectly! I am so pleased with the service they provided. My heater is still working too, and it used to malfunction almost everyday.

One of our tech was Daniel and he was very friendly, courteous and professional. Explained everything to us thoroughly. There's not one negative thing I can say about my experience with this company or Daniel. After having some doubts about buying the UV light system, Daniel put our minds at ease by patiently explaining to us the details of the package. Everything was spotless after they were done and the air was so much cleaner. I would definitely recommend Green Heat Services to family and friends!
