I Edit: 1 star to 5 stars. I was called this morning by a customer service manager name Tyler Fries this morning. Best customer service I've ever dealt with. He had fixed everything that went wrong in no time and set me up with a new appointment for the same day. I called for information and was talked into setting up an appointment after many questions. Editing this to add two stars to make a 5 star review. The licensing thing I mentioned below got straightened out. They called me after discovering that I previously paid for 2 years and thus had a free year coming. They refunded my 3 year plan with no problem. Note: THEY discovered the discrepancy and straightened it out. That means a lot to me. Will definitely use them in the future. Friendly enough and pretty easy but not cheap. I was diagnosed with cancer last year and was advised to get a prescription. I paid $199, but when I went to a local dispensary, I was told I could've gotten a 2 year prescription for that price. I called back and was advised they would extend the prescription. Well, one year later, the prescription did expire. I have been calling for weeks and was told someone would call back in 24 to 48 hours, but no one did.
