Both reception and the Dr were kind and professional and met my needs for the appointment.
If I could give them a zero star I would. I cant begin to explain how incredibly unprofessional they are. I set up an appointment to renew my card, paid my money, just for the "doctor" to know show up. After getting it rescheduled and promised it will work, they failed to show up once again. They dont know what they are doing. They're incredibly pathetic to deal with. Would recommend ANYWHERE ELSE
Dr. Matthew Mueller is amazing. I have gotten my medical marijuana card through him for 3 years now. I will continue to see him on year 4. He is a complete compassionate and an extremely intelligent Doctor M.D. I will continue to also refer patients to him. Green Health Docs is 100% Professional. They have dropped the ball on me twice in a row. They couldn't get a good signal the first time so the doc was supposed to call me. Called on a private number which most cell phones these days automatically block so I couldn't get ahold of her or call me back. We rescheduled the appointment the same day, but the doc never showed up to my appointment. Currently trying to get my money back but they unironically put me straight to voice-mail every time I call and it's regular business hours. I definitely do not recomend.
The forms and visit were easy. But the 10 calls I had to make following to get approved were a mess. They state same day approval and then say 24-48 hours.. I’m on day 3 and my information was not inputted fully by the doctor so my card is not considered valid. They are now asking for another 24 hours for processing. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
