Rudest lady I ever met. I had to walk out on her. I don’t even like smoking but seems it’s the only thing that can help AS THE REHAB AND DOCTOR I GO TO RECOMMENDED. Had to reschedule my appointment elsewhere. She was rude from the time I walked in to the time I left. BAD BUSINESS. Would give 0 stars if I could. If you wanna be talked to rudely, go here.
Hurt people hurt people. And sometimes those people work in customer service for some reason. I’d advise going somewhere else if you can. Good luck

Ms. Gwen was amazing! She was caring and understanding and answered all my questions. Also, I wish I could remember her name, but the lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. She helped me set up everything I needed to for the state. I was approved the same day.
Beware of the second person you gotta see when you go. She has a huge chip on her shoulder and called me weird. She has a terrible attitude, and I got my money back. Go somewhere else where you will be respected.
