First of all, my doctor only asked: “so how are things going?” and answered my questions with “there isn’t data about that yet.” and that cost me $150. Fine, I was willing to do what I had to do. But then, though my appointment was 10 days ago, they still haven’t updated my registration. I was turned down at the dispensary twice, saying that my registration was expired. I called 4 times to try to have it resolved, the first person I talked to was argumentative and unhelpful, the second REFUSED to put me through to a manager ... read more
I'm trying to get approved, the staff is friendly and communicates well, but your hours are pretty inconvenient for the working man
Over-priced and terrible customer service. At least the Dr was nice
