I paid my money, I filled out my intake form and I sat waiting for my appointment for over 30 minutes with absolutely no communication. No one reached out to me, nothing. Apparently my doctor had an emergency, I completely understand that, but no one reached out to me and let me sit there for 30 minutes until I called to find out what the problem was. I experienced very knowlagbial experienced professionals, very friendly and helpful my first time and I will be going back again to them for renewals . Thank you for helping me feel comfortable during the process and got the advice for pain greatly appreciated.
