Been a member of green gym for a couple years and i can only put my great experience down to Matthew, he's been an amazing motivator for me and helped me to lose some serious pounds! Thank you Matt and the Green Gym team
Nice small gym with good machines and a non-intimidating vibe. However, cancelling the membership was very difficult. I am permanently moving out of Brighton, but they wanted physical evidence of move through bills, payments ect with a new address. This is a way of making the cancellation process extremely difficult and as I don't have a way of providing this information, I have to now pay a full month of the membership without actually being there. Awful Company and Gym! I signed up for a 6 month membership as I knew I was moving away from Brighton in August. After the 6 months was up I noticed I had been charged again. I canceled the direct debit and contacted the green gym group. It turns out you have to email a specific email address and give a month's notice in order to cancel or it just goes onto a rolling contract. Why is it advertised as a 6 month contract?
