First off, I’m happy to change this review if I get a refund. Second, I’ve been a customer of Green Grass for years and loved it. Jeff was the old owner and did a great job. The company was sold to Daniel, who worked with Jeff for a long time in taking over the company. Last year, I prepaid (for a discount) quite a bit of cash, like I’ve done every year, for 5 applications spread out over the year. This place is a joke. We prepaid for 6 applications to save money. We got one treatment. Then we requested our money back and have been the run around for two seasons. We still don’t have a refund and we didn’t get any more services. We paid 428.00 and got no refund. Jeff the original owner was awesome. We had his service for years and we never had a problem, ever. Now, nothing!!!! Empty promises and no service and no refund.
I have been using Green Grass Lawn Care for a couple of years and I am true satisfied with the work they do. They are very professional and on time. Super hardworking. Highly recommend trying their services for the winter and even summer.
this place is a joke !!!! i call to ask what services they have to offer and then he ask's me well what do you want done ? so im like well its winter so i would like snow removal . he then replies rudely , we dont do that! im like okay cause i see online you guys offer that , he then says well where do u live ? i give him the address and he then says we dont go to that area and hangs up . you only got one star cause i needed to write this review , otherwise i would say 0 very unprofessional!!
Have used green grass for several years now prices are reasonable service is exceptional knowledge unbeatable you will not find a more honest trustworthy contractor
