They'll take the time to type a lengthy explanation to this review but it's been crickets since I asked for a call from the owner over a month ago. Installation was January 2025 and the granite was oversized. The installers shoved and manhandled it into place by scoring the sheetrock until they pushed it into place. More about that later. I absolutely loved my experience with Green Granite! Denise helped me select the best color for my kitchen. I had shopped around, but after seeing the selection and meeting Denise I knew this was my choice! Not only was she knowledgeable, but helpful in selecting the right coloring to go with my kitchen and decor! Great process! I would recommend Green Granite to all of my friends and family!
Working with Green Granite was marvelous! Between the initial phone call, going to the showroom and lot with Denise, picking everything out, the template and the final work….i would do it over and over again!! Fair price. Efficiency! On time! And excellent communication at all times.
I live right around the corner and pass by every day, so I decided to call to chat about a small project. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was rude from the start—and it only got worse from there. I tend to start with smaller projects before committing to larger ones, to build trust and gauge service. Very disappointed in the entire process, was told one price when picking out quartz for a home I was flipping, paid the amount in full and then had to wait two weeks for install because someone was punching in my phone number wrong. Day of install comes, installers did not speak to me or make me aware that there were going to charge me an additional 750 dollars for removal of the old formica countertops. Had I known, I would’ve done it myself with a pry bar in ten minutes. Will not use them for my personal home
