The owner is TERRIBLE!! We were overcharged on our account and I tried for 2 1/2 weeks to get a hold of the owner. I emailed him multiple times, left voicemails, and me and my husband both had the staff leave notes for him.multiple times!! All of which he totally ignored. The staff at the Smithfield location was awesome and always very helpful. I am super disappointed in this business. I have been a member since they’ve opened in Smithfield. I have loved their car wash and their services up until today. As I was nearing the end of my wash cycle the track malfunctioned and I was stopped. The truck behind me hit into the rear of my car. Luckily there was hardly any damage, I reported the incident and they made me feel like it was my fault. I guess I will cancel my subscription and go somewhere else.
