Periodontal care given by Dr. Ni and her staff is excellent. Patient comfort and concerns are excellent.These are professionals who take time to educate, too. Daisy does my cleanings and check ups. She is patient and gives helpful advice on home care. The staff that greets you is friendly and attentive continues to be attentive to your needs. Always feel Dr Ni & her staff listens to my thoughts & takes the time to respond. Highly recommend this practice.
My first visit went very well. Checked me out, came up with a plan, and I had no hesitation scheduling a few more appointments to implement the plan.
Went in for a routine cleaning and was so happy with the kindness and empathy of the hygienist. I have very sensitive gums and dread The entire process. The hygienist worked with me, applied topical numbing gel and intermittent breaks when needed. I really appreciated her professionalism.
Dental assistant, Bella, made me feel immediately comfortable. She was competent, explained what she was doing and was friendly. Dr. Ni has wonderful bed-side manner and I trusted her and her expertise throughout my visit. She explained things well to me , answered my questions and asked me for my thoughts.
