If I could give more stars, I would. I just had a gum graft procedure done and Dr. Ni and Claudia made sure I was comfortable and aware of everything that they were doing during the procedure. They answered all my questions about post-op as well.. Super friendly staff, they just make you feel relaxed and take away any anxiety or nervousness you might have. Just a great place with great staff. Love it there.
Dianna was very helpful with answering my questions, explaining the procedure and then doing my cleaning. I appreciate that she took the extra time to make sure my mouth was numb and I didn't experience pain. My only concern was that at billing I was unable to use my benefit card that is available to me for copays. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with your service.
Dr Ni really knows her stuff. She is skilled and kind and gentle and friendly. I give her the highest recommendation possible.
I want to say that Katherine is very through with what she does with her job. I was very satisfied what Katherine found.
Everyone was so nice and Dr. Ni made me feel so comfortable.
