Customer service is ass . Unresponsive
mild and soothing
Have bought their products from a local store/vendor that sell them and like them. Ordered direct now twice from them. First time, no issues. Second time, after a week of not receiving any shipping info, I emailed them. No response other that a shipping confirmation finally. Now, it seems to be lost in mail. Made a service request with USPS, but GGG will not answer phone or return my email. Over $120 order and no product almost two weeks later. Oh, I live only 2 hours away.
