We had Green Gables Catering service the funeral for our mother Linda Ewaschuk two weeks ago. My dad Tom, family and guests are still commenting on the quality of food and professionalism we experienced. Co-owner Warren Omichinski attended the event himself graciously offering kind empathic words to our guests. Warren in his unassuming manner, diligently tidied trays and poured senior guests coffee and even helped them to their seats with a plate of food or hot coffee. Had this food at a wedding, would not recommend. pirogies we’re so sloppy they may as well been mashed potatoes , cabbage rolls bland and a mess, whatever they stuffed the chicken with was non existent and the chicken itself was super dry and bland, the roast beef was so over done it was like shoe leather…..
