I wanted a style and color - silver/platinum. Brought a photo and also saw a young woman who had the color I wanted and she gave me the name of the stylist she used. Did not get silver/platinum but a light blond. Also had mistakes in the color at the temples and lower back. Stylist made excuses for mistakes but would not fix. Will not recommend going there. That was a lot of money wasted.
