I’ve used Green Frog for both deep cleanings and biweekly maintenance cleanings at multiple homes and they have always done an excellent job. Communication with their office team is easy and they have a fast response time. Every cleaner I’ve interacted with on their team has been great, but I highly recommend working with Greysi if possible. She is kind, knowledgeable, thorough and very efficient with her time - I can’t recommend her enough!
**Adjusting my original comment and rating to be fair; based on the fact that they did call back when I requested it and we discussed what went wrong.** Be sure to get a rate quote and understand the rate charges before accepting their services. They are quite pricey. And do shop around. There was definitely a misunderstanding as to how a well kept 450 sq ft studio apartment needing light work could cost $242. Green Frog is always a five-star operation, but Michaela (M'kayla - it's more exotic than it looks) somehow went beyond, with her meticulous effort and sincere concern for our environment. When you invite someone into your home, you hope they will be personable and upbeat in addition to professional and competent. She was all of the above, and provided this excellent service at exactly her estimated cost, even though the work wound up taking slightly longer than the time estimate. We've already booked her for the next visit.
