You won’t find a better gym to get a well rounded, efficient and fun workout! I lost 25 pounds of useless fat and I’ve gotten a lot stronger and my balance has greatly improved. There are plenty of sessions available so there’s no excuse for not getting in several sessions or more a week. Highly, highly recommended!
We enjoy everything about Green Frog! No judging, no intimidation, everyone is so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Green Frog for anyone interested in HIIT style workouts.
I so look forward to working out here, I always get inspired by the coaches, Sean & Tommie push you and make sure you're doing the exercises correctly. I love that the gym has a padded floor. A different work out every day helps a lot. And the other members are very personable, you get to see the same faces all the time. They also have a body scanner which is great to compare your progress, I've been to other gyms where they charge a fee. You should really give it a try!
