To be clear in what is provided in each services. This shop was manipulate! I bought my f150 black widow few years ago. I have been taking it to quick lane for service. Recently it have be bought to my attention that they don't rotate aftermarket wheel. It was not clear that they have not never rotate my wheel because it was aftermarket. Beware of deceptive business practices. I went there on Friday for an oil change and a tire pressure sensor. Megan at the front desk called and informed me that all 4 of my sensors had low batteries and needed to be replaced. She stated they would be $150. I later called in to make my payment, and the total had jumped to $838. $651 for 4 tire pressure sensors (apparently $150 each!!!!), $67 for the oil change, and then a mysterious $68 for “repair order”, and then $53 in sales tax. Best dealership service I've ever had! Megan's customer service is top notch--she recognizes me when I walk in (even though I don't visit often), and she is a prompt and clear communicator. The guys in the shop work quickly too and have always been able to accommodate me as a walk-in.
