The lady at the desk was polite and courteous. However, i was not pleased with the amount of added fees that occurred at time of payment. $80 for labor and $30 for shop fees that were not disclosed until time of payment to replace a vehicle battery is excessive and unacceptable when I could go to advance auto, autozone, or any competitor for the same product minus $110 in fees. I went to that place and I really loved it. Mr. Hunter was very kind and always kept us informed about everything that was happening with my car. I also met Ms. Megan, who was very nice, but it was a little awkward how she spoke to her colleagues in front of the customers. Everything else was very good. // Fui a ese lugar y me encantó. Just moved down from NY and went to Green Ford Quick Lane for the first time to get the scheduled service on my 2019 Ford Taurus. I've gone to Quick Lane for years, and never had a problem with them servicing my car. I was very pleased with the service I received today at Green Ford. Megan provided excellent customer service and was very professional! I will certainly continue to have Green Ford service my vehicle.
