AVIOD!! One of the worst garages going same with the one in eastcoast. I took my car for an MOT it failed the MOT so I brought car home and fixed it rang them up to rebook it told me to me to be there for 5 I stood around waiting for 30 minutes for then to not even test the car and told me ti ring the manger tomorrow rang him took it to him told me what was wrong fixed it then told me to ring tomorrow also told me to be there for 12 wasn't even there then got told to take it at 1 so I did and then didn't even do anything the... read more

Advice: get a quote in writing first. Called in to book to get my coil springs replaced, was verbally quoted over the phone "it'll be about £140 for one side, or £190 for both sides". They complete the work for both sides and then call me to say it'll be £265. After back and forth and every excuse under the sun including VAT (which they had previously said the quote was all-in, didn't make it clear that all-in didn't include VAT), the springs were more expensive (they weren't), and that it was extra time on the ramp, and £19... read more
