Billing is a mess. They will double charge you and put your account on autopay without consent. Been trying to get the issue resolved for over a month now and have been largely ignored. Hard to say if it's just poor customer service or intentionally fraudulent practices. Update: Been months an they still have not issued the refund for the double charge. Takes them 5-15 days to respond after each communication. Definitely just stealing from people at this point.

This place needs to get it together. Nice gym, but their hours of operation do not accommodate clients. First off, they recently cut their closing time from 10pm to 9pm, which disregards an entire client base of late night gym goers. Their weekend hours AWFUL. Closing at 2pm on a Saturday? Hours of operation are ridiculous. Closing early on minor holidays and cutting hours constantly. Not very supportive of their members workout schedules.
