Excellent service — highly recommended! I was looking everywhere for a John Deere mulching kit that is extremely difficult to find right now. Green Farm Parts actually had it in stock, and they shipped it out very quickly. Everything arrived exactly as expected and the entire purchase was easy and hassle-free. There was a part that we needed for our tractor and our JD Dealer didn't have it and it was out of stock at JD. Because we couldn't find exact information, I contacted Green Farm Parts with questions to make sure the part would fit our year and model. They replied very quickly every time so I felt confident in ordering the part. It arrived within a few days as we would expect and was a perfect fit. Extremely frustrated with Green Farm Parts. I ordered a critical John Deere part that I needed urgently for a project. Without any notification, their system auto-cancelled my order. Now I am completely behind on my timeline for a part I desperately need. Their support staff offered zero urgency to fix their own system mistake. Poor inventory management. Avoid if you are on a strict deadline.
(Misrepresentation) This is not actually a website; it is a John Deere Dealership in Indiana known as Reynolds Farm Equipment. The guy is located in the John Deere parts department - he will tell you he is sitting 10 feet from the JD parts guy. The reason the prices sound better is because JD sells parts at 10% above MSRP plus shipping. They operate on a much slower delivery and sell the parts at MSRP, no markup. Are they a scam? Yes.
