Staff should be accessible on the floor to help customers to adjust workout machines. I was trying to adjust a bike today and there was no staff member on the floor to help me adjust it. Also, customers should not be moving bikes and other equipment. I went to my cycling class and the bikes weren't ready for thecclass and seniors were moving the bikes. I have a bad back and couldn't move the bike that I wanted to use for the class nor should I have had too. I didn't want my back to go out.
Emily and Evelyn were amazing! These ladies gave me the positivity that I needed today. Their smiling faces and words of wisdom gave me the strength to power through this journey I'm going through right now. It definitely was the positive reassurance that I needed. I'm so excited to be a member at the y in green because of these two ladies. Thank you thank you thank you!! <3
