"Extremely sketchy experience. I purchased Gucci sunglasses here in cash and provided my full name and contact information specifically so I would be in their system. Now that the glasses have a manufacturer defect, the owner—who admits he remembers me—claims he has 'no record' of the transaction and cannot provide a receipt for the warranty.
