This wonderful company built a new deck for my home. Jose and Kevin did a amazing job of building the structure. Bob Cherry was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Green Exterior Remodeling for any outdoor project!
My experience with Green Exterior was just ok. I will say, the sales person (Bryan) was fantastic. However, once the project began I felt that the experience could have been better; especially since they are listed on the Trex website as a TrexPro Platinum contractor. It seemed to me that communication from the project manager (he later said he was the general manager, so I'm not sure) could have been better. Great experience from start to finish. We absolutely love our deck. Brian and Jose were consummate professionals and would refer them to any of our friends. Expect to work with them on other home projects.
Horrible experience getting to an OK finished product. Do your homework and look up the definition of schmoozer prior to contracting with GXR.
Green Exterior Remodeling built our new custom deck on our bungalow in Dilworth. Their team was a dream to work with, installing Trex boards that withstand our Southern weather like a champ (plus, don’t have to stain the stupid thing anymore!!!). Just wanted to spread the word. If you need a deck built, I would call Green Exterior Remodeling.
