Overall our patio turned out wonderful! A great addition to our house to provide much needed shade and an escape from the bugs at night. Upon completion of the job, everyone was super friendly and very accommodating stating that we should just call if we have any issues that pop up with the patio. We were able to get someone out relatively quickly about a year later for a minor screen repair which we greatly appreciated!
