Paul was super helpful and was able to organise an emergency replacement of our gas hot water sytsem with a new heat pump system including all of the rebates and installation amazingly quickly and with a minimum of fuss

My experience with Paul from Green Energy Needs has been 10/10 from a professionally responsible service delivery perspective. My son recommended Paul to me based on his research on hot water systems. INITIAL ASSESSMENT Paul came by, did a thorough check on my existing system and genuinely tried to see if it could be salvaged. I’ve been inundated with calls from offshore asking me if I know about the govt solar rebate. Apparently they are calling on behalf of green energy. I’ve asked to be put on their do not call registry several times but still they call! Shameful!

Thanks to Emma and the team at Green Energy. The system was installed right away, seemed too easy and it was. Great company and people to deal with. Super helpful and responsive.
