The furnace stopped working last Sunday night at -14 degrees during the big snowstorm. Called Michael and he pointed to the furnace air intake that was blocked by the snow. Went outside and cleaned it, reset the system and then I had the heat back. Thank you Michael for making yourself available 24/7.
