Disappointed to have to leave this review but we have tried in vain to engage with GEL. I called Mitch before Christmas 2025 on a recommendation from a good friend who was very happy with the service. Mitch was engaging and sounded knowledgeable and said he would contact me after the Christmas break. In late Jan I called, texted and emailed Mitch with no response at all. Always polite when I’ve been in contact, but I’ve been following up for 3 months and still haven’t received a proposal or quote… I can understand that our situation is a little more complex than usual but it seems that GEL just aren’t particularly interested?
Great Service from start to finish ! Adam & the boys very professional ! Well organized at initial meeting, very competitive quote, date booked, arrived on time & finished on time ! Thoroughly recommend for price, product & service provided.

Really couldn’t be a better service. Mitch very knowledgeable and interested in what works best for you. Installation was very straightforward and professional. Recommend that you at least get them round for a quote - and then you’ll see what I mean.
