Marc is by the book, which is what you want from a lawyer. He also honours his stated fees, which was a real blessing for our little non-profit startup. I would recommend him without hesitation for anyone considering starting a company or nonprofit as he is prompt, professional, thorough and took the added time needed to guide us through the terminology and definitions, all within his fixed fee package.
We took the monthly package after looking for competent representation with paralegals and other legal firms.
