GEC replaced my roof from rafters to plywood to shingles in 2013. In 2021 they had to repair abutments their contractor didn’t nail plywood into rafters ON A BRAND NEW STRUCTURE! Now, in 2026 nails pops, faulty shingles, same leaks as in 2021. Pass the buck is their answer. My maintenance! HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN A BAD INSTALL? Don’t use this company - bullied sales technique, shabby work, poor follow-through.
