Mold and A/C issues after 3 years due to a poor design.. Tiny attic with furnace and ductwork crammed together and they will not admit or rectify.
Dodd was pretty hit or miss on getting back with me on questions I had. I had also made a few simple request, like having the shower open from the left, and they still installed it on the right, that sort of thing. The carpet is cheap, and matting after only a year, despite vacuuming every week. When we first moved in, the tub in the owners suite didn't drain, which was fixed.
