Since 2020 this company has proven to be inconsistent with communication and simply horrible with their customer service. I will never recommend them to anyone or hire them again. Here's why... In June 2022 we had 4 heat pumps installed in an historic Vermont house. The team that installed the system was thoroughly professional. The leader of the project team had installed over 180 heat pumps. The work sites were cleaned up every day, and thoroughly at the end of the work. They arrived on time, worked diligently and quietly, and explained the operation of the system to us at the end of the process.
