Explained the work clearly They did a good job, the tech was on time. He explained the work process in details. Prices were not to high for the full service. Very professional and courteous. My carpets look wonderful and for the first time since I've been having them cleaned;
Arrived on time They arrived on time. We initially did a walk to determine what had to be cleaned. They were very thorough in their explanation and proceeded to do the work at a reasonable pace. They also provided us with some information on cleaning up certain types of stains if they were to occur. Would definitely recommend!
