I was not at home when the service was completed so I have no idea if a good job was done or not. Weeds continue to grow along the borders where grass meet the concrete driveway and patio and sidewalk and fence. This may not be Solomons problem specifically….maybe all the employees through the summer have not done a great job along the edges. This is a concern based on the amount of Money being spent.
We paid for the program and the guy who showed up was impatient and rude, and did a poor job. We complained,and received a second service call to replace the first one. This time he was very helpful and did the job.For the third service call, no one showed up at all, even after they confirmed with us, that he would be here. Poor service.
