Two years ago (spring 2024) I hired and paid Green Drop Calgary to treat a lawn for the season. They showed up once and never again. When I asked for a refund for the missed service calls, they told me I would receive the refund but it was with "accounting". When I didn't receive the refund, I was in touch with them again and even spoke to a service representative who told me I would definitely receive the refund but, again, it was with "accounting". I contacted them several times after that in 2024 and 2025 - still no refun... read more
