Signed up for a monthly service in the middle of July. Was told there would be my first soil testing/fertilizing the following week. After 3 weeks with no service or phone calls I called and asked when I would be getting service. Was told I was on the list and they were catching up. After another two weeks I called and was told it was too hot to fertilize so they were waiting until it cooled down the following week- then the following week I was told she was sick and I had a Thursday at the LATEST appointment. I called and set up an appointment to evaluate my yard and talk about their services. No one showed up for the appointment and when I called I was only able to reach voicemail. I waited for over an hour and haven't seen or even been able to talk with anyone from the company.
Had an appointment scheduled for 8:30AM for an estimate on a back yard project. No call/No Show. We called the business at 9:30AM spoke with Dana, advised they would be there right away (within 30 minutes) and provided our property address again. 12:30PM (4hrs later) rolls around still No Call/No Show from business. Zero contact from the company via phone or email on what happened to our appointment.
