Less than a month ago I purchased their $35 membership and recently went into the store to get my guaranteed refund since I wasn't satisfied with it, turns out, the worker tells me he "never got told anything about refunds" and refused to process it. Their official site explicitly states: "If you're not satisfied with your membership within the first 30 days, we'll refund your $35 — no questions asked."
