I opened a business checking account from an offer from American Express and it's the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. I called customer service several times for help to receive a wire and customer service dropped my call many times and no one knows how to receive a wire to fund my account. Unbelievable.
They lie to you when you order a new card .they have done me wrong three times now. They tell me my new card is at my post office and they sent it general delivery how can they track it if it's sent general delivery. Liers
You can never get phone help. My account got hacked 1100.00 was taking out of my account. They responded by giving me half that back and closing my account. This is the worst bank I have ever had.
