I had to call (8) times for my cat to confirm instructions . EIGHT. I also asked for an Rx on Chewy and they messed that up. So now TEN phone calls . They are aggressive in recommending teeth pulling even on older animals who are in danger of anesthesia . My 2 friends have had pets that passed due to their procedures . A hallucination of ineffective mess of an offices . The dental tech he was amazing . I am crying right now from frustration. Literally in tears

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My dog went in for a dental procedure with Dr. Heather Rally (R-A-L-L-Y) and she never recovered. What was done was excessively aggressive over 20 teeth removed in one sitting, including a canine after I was persuaded it was necessary through fear-based explanations about infection and risk, even though this could have been approached conservatively. The team here does a wonderful job. This is my third year bringing my French Bulldog to have his teeth cleaned and also for extractions. They take the utmost care. I highly recommend getting your dog's teeth examined and cared for here.
