I have puchased snow removal which nearly doubled in price. They are absolutely horrible, you have to call them and remind them to do their job when it snows. They are rude and unprofessional and would not recommend these people as they are worse than the city for clearing snow.

Hired this company for snow removal for the winter and paid upfront (a significant price increase from previous years). They have only came once without being contacted first. When they are contacted, they either say they have completed it already (which they have not), their voicemail is full or they do not respond back to multiple texts and messages. Each time I have contacted the owner, he gets more rude and dismissive. Not impressed by this company and would not recommend.

I paid for the entire summer upfront to have my lawn mowed bi-weekly, but I noticed my yard starting to become very overgrown. Definitely more than two weeks of growth. I called to find out when the last time they had mowed my yard was and after the owner followed up with his workers, he said my dogs were in the yard last time they came to mow.
