NOT WORTH IT. Been here about a year. Kids screaming and running in hallways, no privacy, a sewer smell when there is heavy rain... but nice cleaning ladies. Last month, the AC unit flooded my office, causing substantial damage to my personal property. Their response is that I am responsible for carrying insurance, and they refuse to acknowledge that their building caused both damage and inconvenience.
